Parksafe Automotive Limited Returns Procedure

 

If you believe you have a faulty product in the first instance you must go back to your supplier or retailer.

If you require a returns form please email support@parksafeautomotive.com. Clearly stating, your name, phone number and address, the fault, when it was bought and any other useful information that may help speed your claim through the system.

All products returned to Parksafe Automotive must be returned with a Returns Form, failure to do so could invalidate any claim.

Any items returned with no Returns Form that are lost may not be covered or replaced by Parksafe Automotive.

Parksafe Automotive is not responsible for the shipping cost to return an item.

Parksafe Automotive will not process a RMA unless you provide all the details requested in the form, failure to provide the details will put the RMA on hold or it may returned to the unprocessed.

All returns must have clearly marked on the packaging the returns number. A copy of the receipt is required if bought from an approved supplier or retailer.

In the event of an enquiry please quote your returns number. Removal and reinstallation costs will not be covered by Parksafe Automotive. A charge may apply if the item is found not to be faulty.
